ILK Music
ILK is a group of 19 musicians from the Danish jazz-scene that has joined forces to release original quality music.
This group of musicians, that in recent years has made a heavy impact on the scene in Denmark, has gathered to make the growing new music more visible and available, also outside Denmark. Musical necessity, collective responsebility and inspiration from all past and present genres are key issues, shared by the ILK´s.
ILK works as a democratic collective. All major decisions are discussed at ILK-meetings. All artists have total artistic freedom.
ILK has a growing catalog filled with great original music which constitutes the artistic substance of ILK.
